costco citi cc and quicken deluxe issues
I opened this issue. And it has been closed! Why? It is still an issue!
And Citi and Quicken refuse to fix it! They just point fingers!

Can an admin please explain to me why my earlier issue was closed with no solutions given? Citi and Quicken both refuse to fix this obvious problem! It has worked fine for years, but a recent change at quicken or citi or both has broken this. Go look at AI on the web! Everyone is aware of this problem yet YOU ALL REFUSE to fix it! This is ridiculous!
