New QuickPay Transaction Times
Quicken Classic Premier R64.19
I enabled Chase to use the new improved QuickPay and when scheduling a payment, it shows that it will debt my account 7 to 8 days prior to Chase receiving the payment. I backed out of the payment as I was under the impression this would be an ACH payment which generally take no longer than 3 days. Can anyone confirm how the new QuickPay process facilitate these transactions and why they would take longer than 3 days if they are ACH?

Thank you for letting us know you encountered this. To answer your question, our documentation indicates that QuickPay should take three days to process:
If possible, please post a screenshot of what you're seeing when you try to schedule the payment (please make sure to censor any personal/sensitive information). If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Here is a screenshot of the QuickPay issue. I also noticed this morning that Reminders with "splits" are not being entered into the registry with all the split line items. It seems to be taking the last item in the previous split and posting that to the register.

Are you noticing this behavior with every biller you try to send a QuickPay payment to, or does this happen only with specific billers?
I forwarded this issue to the proper channels for further investigation and resolution. To help with the investigation, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached.
For the issue you mentioned with split transactions in reminders not including all the splits, would you please provide more information? Is this happening with specific types of reminders, such as paycheck reminders and loan reminders, or is this happening with all reminders that include split transactions? How are the reminders being entered into your register (set to auto-enter, manually entered from the Bills & Income screen, or entered from the register)?

I attempted to enable QuickPay for my Sam's Club credit card. The mailing addresses returned did not match anything on my statements, so I was unable to complete the process. As for the reminders, they are for bills that Quicken cannot receive automatically, they appear in the register 30 days prior to the due date. The splits in the reminders have worked as expected until the last update.

FWIW, I tried three small payments on the new Quickpay. My checking account was debited on the day I specified. The vendors (all major credit cards) credited my accounts 1 or 2days later. Works for me. Your mileage may vary.

I sent a Quick Pay payment to Duke Energy, which usually is received within a day. This time it was scheduled to be delivered in 10 days! What has changed with Quick Pay? It is acting like Check Pay.

Quick update, I initiated a small test payment to Chase credit cards Monday, Sept. 8th. The payment showed up in my bank account Friday, Sept. 12th. Chase has not acknowledged the payment as of this post. I'm sure it will show up early next week, but this is not what I expected from "QuickPay".
