Problem connecting to Venmo

Hello. Same VENMO Connection issue here, and it has been an issue for over a week. I receive a ton of Venmo transactions, so this is a real problem, and quite frustrating for me.
Really hope the team at Quicken can get this fixed quickly. And before someone chimes in with "disconnect, and reconnect, blah blah blah", I've done that ad nauseam already.

Account not found. No accounts returned - case 1061 -
Same issue here, and equally as annoyed. If one of my accounts if out-of-sync, my entire Quicken financials are out-of-sync, and the software is severely handicapped until the issue is resolved.
Userbase-wide account connection errors should be the highest priority for the bug team.

I followed the suggestions in the Support Article that Anja mentioned and that worked for me. I disconnected my Venmo Account and then Quit Quicken and restarted it and then reconnected and re-added my venmo account and it worked. I think the key was quitting the Quicken app on my Mac after the Venmo disconnect and then restarting the app.

Followed the same procedure as snorf on my Windows 10 PC and the connection is now working.

Please note that Quicken’s escalation teams do not provide specific ETAs for when fixes are completed and released.
That's a frustrating answer. It would be nice to know that they're actively working to solve the problem instead of us just hoping that this will eventually get fixed, or if it's even on anyone's radar. 🤨

For those tracking this… as of this morning my connection to Venmo has been restored. You have to initate the connection manually the first time. We'll see what happens tomorrow. ALL of my past transactions are there

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering an issue. The link gives you a permissions error because the issue was marked resolved and the alert was archived a few days after being marked resolved.
Are you having trouble connecting to Venmo? If so, are you seeing any error message/code?
