OL-220-A Error for First Horizon Bank accounts
Is anyone having OL-220-A errors while attempting to download from One Step Update. The last date I have for an update is October 8th. I have the latest update from Quicken R64.30 Build 27.164.30.

The OL-220-A error occurs when a bank’s Quicken-formatted files are temporarily changed or unavailable, preventing transaction downloads. Even if you can log in to the bank’s website successfully, Quicken may still receive this error due to how the bank’s file is delivered. This is a common issue with file formatting or server availability and will likely require that you reach out to the financial institution to resolve it.

I already reviewed that support article and did everything it suggested. I am still unable to download my transactions.

Since no one else has responded to my inquiry, it must be a problem with mine only. I will try other resetting my update for the 5 accounts I have.

It is fixed. I deactivated and then reactivated. It now sees all of my accounts and has download on all of my First Horizon accounts.

I’m having the issue also, but was waiting to see if it resolved by itself. I’ll try deactivating/reactivating now.
