Cannot download transactions from Bank of America since a couple of weeks.
Was not a problem until a couple of weeks ago. Can download transactions from other financial institutions.

To help troubleshoot, could you please provide a screenshot of the message you’re seeing in Quicken? If needed please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
Also, can you confirm which connection method you’re using for Bank of America? Are you trying Express Web Connect+, or are you still attempting to import a QFX file? And which instance in our Bank list are you using—Bank of America - Quicken or Bank of America-All Other States?
This information will help us narrow down the cause and provide more targeted guidance.

Bank of America - All Other States
I go to B of A website. Open my accounts. Use their download button. Select WEB connect for Quicken 2018 and above.
download a QFX file. Use it to reconcile my accounts in Quicken.
It worked in the past. Still works with other banks.
