Federal Credit Union not updating following their website redesign

Logix FCU received a new web design. I can sign in OK on their website but Quicken is failing to update any of the accounts. I've tried reentering user ID and pw. Quicken shows "Credential Set is in invalid status:103. Login error - Invalid username or password." I'm sure this has to do with their update. Anything on Quicken's end that needs to be updated? Thanks.

    The FDP-103 error you’re seeing is usually related to outdated or invalid credentials stored in Quicken. Though it is very possible that this is occurring due to the changes your financial institution has made to their website.

    Please review and follow this support article specifically for error FDP-103, which walks through deactivating the accounts, clearing stored passwords in Keychain, and re-adding the accounts so they link correctly. Following these steps usually resolves the problem.

    If the issue continues after trying those steps, contacting Quicken Support would be the next best step.

    I'm having the same issue. called the bank and they said it can take up to five days for things to clear up with Quicken. something to do with the aggregation. is also on their page, here

    Nine days later and still waiting for this to be fixed. According to the bank, the delay is on the intuit end of things.

    I too received an email from the bank saying that they are waiting on Quicken to turn-on the (new) connection.

    My Logix code has changed from 103 to Care Code: FDP-163. Someone needs to get it fixed, this has been going on for weeks. Losing faith in Quicken's ability.😡

    Still can't link/download Logix to Quicken, this has been going on for weeks. All we hear is still working on it from both sides. Quiken needs to step up and get it fixed.😡

    Progress…. I am now getting past the prompt to enter my Logix credentials to the point where it asks me to select my cell or email for verification. When using my cell, it returns a script error. Tried again but used my email address and it sent me the verification code. When I entered the code, it also then returns with a script error. Not quite there yet but happy to see forward momentum.

    Spoke to Logix today, have a possible resolution date of 11/20/25. She emphasized “possible”. And I was able to relink and update 2 of my 5 accounts today

    @Quicken Anja Update, this morning I was able to re-link several accounts at Logix under one of my Logix IDs and everything synced. However, as reported by @in2ndo yesterday, a second login ID I use errored-out. We are almost there! Many thanks.

     @Benz44 , I forgot to mention: there are a total of 5 accounts, 3 in my wife’s name and 2 in mine. The first two that connected were my wife’s. When I tried to connect mine, Quicken kept showing the same two accounts that were already linked to my wife's. When I changed the dropdown to my accounts, it automatically updated what Quicken was offering and showed the correct accounts to be linked.

    Haven't tried to link her last and 3rd account yet.

    I want to add my 5 cents worth (since the penny is no longer minted) to this thread. As of just now, I was able to reconnect both of my Logix accounts.

    I was actually able to connect the accounts today with Logix, however they will not update. I pray this gets done prior to the end of the year for tax reasons. I am trying not to panic yet

    Ok it finally updated but only went back to August :(

    Thanks for the updates! Glad to hear you were able to reconnect the accounts.

    @Dawnana Updating only back to August makes sense as most financial institutions have limitations on how far back they will download transactions. The standard timeframe is typically 30–90 days, and this is determined by the financial institution, not Quicken.

    However, it looks like Logix FCU does offer the option to download QFX files, so you can try downloading a QFX file directly from the bank’s website to see if they allow access to transactions prior to August. If so, you can import that file into Quicken.

    Here’s a Help Article with step-by-step instructions on downloading and importing QFX files.

    Quicken is not finding the credit card. Between my wife and me, we have five accounts. Our checking and savings accounts linked without any issues, but when trying to link her Logix credit card, Quicken only finds the same checking and savings accounts that are already linked.

    Any ideas?

    I tried the normal linking process and also tried setting up as new and same result.

    @in2ndo Thanks for the update! When certain accounts show up but others don’t, it’s often due to the financial institution’s connection gradually restoring in phases on their end. It’s great to hear the credit card finally appeared and linked.

    I’m continuing to experience problems connecting Quicken to my Logix accounts. I have 5 Logix accounts across 2 separate user logins. Quicken successfully requests and accepts the 2FA code for the first user, but when it requests the 2FA code for the second user, the process often fails.

    I receive the second 2FA code almost immediately and enter it into Quicken, but more than half the time the application spins for an extended period and then returns an error.

    At this point, I'm beginning to look for other options.

    @in2ndo Same issue here. My first login, which has three accounts, authenticates fine. But I’m unable to sync any subsequent logins with Logix. For me, it appeared to be hanging up on the 2-factor authentication.
