CC-501: AMEX and Chase
I see the public bulletin regarding issues connecting to AMEX, but I receive the same cc-501 when trying to connect to Chase. Have tried resetting accounts, am able to log into my bank when prompted, but then Quicken comes back saying unable to connect.

Thank you for sharing your experience.
After reviewing your connections internally, I can confirm that you are getting an FDP-401 with American Express. This is a Known Issue, as you mentioned.
As for Chase, I do not see any errors on our end. It shows the last connection attempt was on 11/1/25.
If possible, can you share a screenshot of the error message you are seeing? If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

Can I have you go to Help>Report a problem>Send to Quicken, form within your Quicken software, to send over your log files?
I am still unable to see any errors on our end, so log files will help us dig a little deeper into this. Let me know once you have sent them, and I will take a look.

Chase still has not updated in weeks.
