Questions on Fidelity Rewards Visa

Is there anyone currently getting their online bill since the new biller ?

If so, what are you using for the Payee?

Prior to this, I used Elan Financial Services, or more accurately Transfer:[Elan Financial Services (Fidelity Visa XXXXXX)] or something close. hard to see it now, but you get the idea.

Now using Transfer:[Fidelity Visa XXXXXX]

As you can see, I am overdue get a new bill and it oddly shows a Minimum due, yet no Amount Due. Or date due. It should have appeared 4-5 days ago.

Have I selected a wrong payee? If you ARE functioning, please share what your payee is set to! Could this possibly be why no new bill is arriving?

BTW, both Fidelity Visa and Elan Visa have the same address and same account number in my Payees list.

This has become very confusing with the New Biller and Fidelity/Elan biller for the Visa Card.

PS. Too long to scroll the payee list to a Transfer: [Elan….] but I am sure it is there.

    Actually, transfers were above, but….

    I deleted the series in Qmac and readded the biller. Only one choice, no options to select anything other than proper Visa account. It KNOWS the current online balance and last payment amount and date confirming it is the correct account, but will not add a bill now due in 19 days and should have come in days ago. The only Payee seems to be the proper Transfer to Fidelity Visa. So the settings appear to unquestionably be the proper account, just no bill grabbed.

    I sent more logs to Support and email to my contacts in development.

    If this works for anyone else in either Qmac or Qwin, I'd love to know what you might have different than I…

    So, no one else here has this Card (Elan or Fidelity Rewards Visa) or no one has an issue with it in Online Billers?

    Sent multiple sets of logs on this one Kristina. Surprised no one else has confirmed or denied they see it. Its a popular card and Fidelity issues are similarly popular :) Just really wanted to see that it was not just me. I troubleshoot differently depending on if it is just me or not.

    I have a Fidelity Rewards Visa also. I have never received an ebill yet. I had it set up with Elan Financial Services for quite awhile and recently switched to Fidelity as the biller. I received an email today with my new bill, but nothing has shown up on the ebiller yet.

    Thanks. I did the same. Forced to change to Fidelity Investments with new biller. Also no bill after Fidelity notified me. Waited 10 days or more.

    Likely not just me then.

    Anyone receiving a new bill for Fidelity Visa Rewards? I still am not in BOTH Qwin and Qmac. If you are, I'd love to find out what you might be doing differently than me.

    @Quicken Kristina reported several times and sent logs from bioh Mac and Win.

    @Quicken Kristina Interesting update:

    BOTH Qwin and Qmac received my Chase bill totally on time this morning. QWIN has not been getting any bills at all this month!

    NEITHER have received the Fidelity Visa bill, now very, very late. Could really use help with that one. And with luck, a positive change in QWIN billers now. Next bill in a few weeks.

    Since day 1 on the new ebiller, I have not received a Fidelity Rewards Visa bill.
