I've been using the product since the 80s. Now it's just a spreadsheet. Fix the connections to:

BMW Financial Services

Rocky Mountain Power - Northern Utah

Bona Vista Water - Northern Utah

Enbridge Gas (Dominion) - Northern Utah

AT&T Mobile

Netflix

YouTube TV

Other than my bank, everything is use is now unavailable.

    Thanks for sharing your experience!

For inquiries regarding refunds, discounts, or subscription adjustments, please contact Quicken Support directly, as they have the tools to review your account and assist with those requests.

Regarding the connection issues you’re experiencing—could you provide a bit more detail? Screenshots, error messages, or the steps you’ve tried so far would be very helpful so we can investigate further.

For Screenshots—if needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach them. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.

    Thank you!

There is really nothing to share. Try to link anything I listed and they are unavailable. Example: BMW financial Services in unavailable however, the BMW credit card is available. AT&T is unavailable for mobile phone accounts or DIRECT TV; however, the AT&T Universal Credit Card is available.

@Since the 80s Thanks for the clarification! You’re correct—some of the billers you mentioned are not currently listed in the Online Billers options. This is due to Quicken recently transitioning to a new service provider for Online Bills, and a few previously available connections are no longer supported.

We understand this is frustrating, and we’re actively working with our provider to expand the list of supported billers. While we don’t have a timeline for when (or if) the unavailable accounts will be added, your feedback is very helpful and is being used to guide future updates.

We apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you.

Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades:

A few is being more than generous. I have no metrics but it seems like a tremendous amount are missing. And some so obvious that have MAJOR customer base like Netflix, Hulu, cell providers, Adobe….on and on. AT&T cellular mentioned above!!

And in my opinion, what makes it worse is no announcement of what has been recently added and when and what expectations for when something highly desired will be added.

And UKR, as I have commented on some of the dozens of times you post your scheme, that avoids using features advertised, expected and charged for by Quicken. Might as well be using excel.

People blame all of this on Quicken Inc but in truth they have little control over it.

The billing system was changed because the last third party provider stopped providing the service, just like the one before them, and the one before that one.

And that goes for all the problems with downloading 99.99% of the time the problem starts at the financial institution. And the core problem is that our government sets no standards for any of this so you have unreliable services.

Frankly I’m surprised any of this works. For the most part it really isn’t in the best interest of the financial institutions. They would certainly rather you be locked into using their website, billing system, and mobile app.
