Treasury Direct - Never Works

I am never able to get Treasury Direct to work, put in my OTP and invariably get this error. I tried removing Treasury Direct from Mac keychain - what's the trick

Unexpected Error Please try again later.

Care Code: FDP-101

Account Number is not present

    Thank you for reporting this to us.

    After checking your connections internally, I can confirm you are receiving an FDP-101 error. This error occurs when Quicken is unable to connect to the bank to receive transaction information.

    Here is a Support Article that covers this error. If you receive this error for more than 24 hours, please contact Quicken Support directly, as further investigation and escalation may be necessary.

    This has been a problem for months - I'm looking for a detailed explanation, and would like to hear from other users experiencing the problem (or those who have solved it)

    Unfortunately, there is no more explanation I can provide you based on the information I have available to me.

    It might be worth contacting the financial institution to see if they can provide some insight or explanation as to why this is happening. It could be that they block third-party aggregators on certain days or at certain times. This is something I have seen with other financial institutions in the past.

    We can investigate it from our end and even process an escalation on your behalf, if needed. To do that, you will need to reach out to Quicken Support.

    I am sorry that I don't have more information to provide.

    Windows 11 (2 separate computers)..... Quicken Premier.. HAVE USED QUICKEN CONTINUOUSLY SINCE 1985.

    what do you mean by and multiple banks are being affected.  Treasury direct seems to be a unique proboem

    Treasury Direct is being affected, along with a list of other banks as well. To stay up-to-date on progress and/or changes, please bookmark the alert. We do not currently have an ETA as to when this will be resolved.

    I just saw this post. Im curious if that moderator is correct. I’d like to know if there really no supported connection to treasury direct - and I should stop trying to connect , or is it a problem that is going to be so

    Hello @mikek753b,

    Thank you for reaching out! Currently, there is no option to connect to TreasuryDirect in Quicken for Windows because of a data quality issue. I forwarded this question to the proper channels to find out if there are any plans to have the connection option added to Quicken for Windows in the future. I have not received a response yet, but will post back once I receive more information.

    Thank you for following up.

    There is no way to connect to Treasury Direct in the Canadian version of Quicken, which is why Quicken Kristina said that. I apologize if this was misleading. Please disregard.

    Now, I can confirm that @Chris_QPW isn't completely wrong either. To my knowledge, in Quicken for Windows, Treasury Direct has been a long-standing issue. However, all of that aside, it does/has worked better in Quicken Mac, and this has been resolving for some users as of today.

    Please try connecting again, and if you still get the error, please refer to the alert I linked in my last comment.
