PNC Direct Connect getting an error and not updating
I have updated to the latest quicken version R65.29 and I'm still getting errors when trying to download from PNC Direct Connect. Any fixes or suggestions?

What kind of errors?
What is the connection method you are set up with? Does the Online Services tab of Account Details show exactly PNC Bank - Direct Connect? If not, which PNC financial institution does it show…please be word-for-word specific.
If it shows PNC Bank - Direct Connect: Go to Tools > Password Vault > Add or Edit Passwords: In the Password Stored column does it say Not Required or does it say Yes?

Yes I can also confirm that R65.29 has NOT fixed the problem. Still no downloads. No errors just no transactions downloaded. Did all of the advised steps. Password vault says "Yes", even tried manually putting in pin. Even did a validate on data file. Deleted and did add account and advanced. No joy.

You might want to review the steps in the post in this thread. Most people who have done so have posted that their PNC DC issue was resolved. Make sure to read the complete thread. About 1/2-way down I state the steps I took that resolved the DC connection issue once and for all (for 1-1/2 months now!) and at the bottom there is a recommendation of steps others might want to take to resolve the issue.:
Let me know if any of these steps (in particular, the File > Validate & Repair File or the File > Copy or Backup File procedures) resolved the issue for you. Some have posted that the V&R process worked for them but the Copy & Backup File process seems to have gotten the most positive results.

If the troubleshooting @Boatnmaniac posted above does not resolve the issue, please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files attached. Please also include at least 3 transactions (date, payee, and amount) that are posted on the financial institution website, but are not in your Quicken at all, not even manually entered.
Please post to this discussion to let me know when/if you send a problem report!
