Despite you posting this issue was resolved yesterday, it is not. I still get the same error and called support. Spent an hour on the phone as they escalated and said they are reopening this case.

checked CTP-14465 and that hasn't been updated since 9/24/2025. Is there any update that can be given? This is not working for me and after I spent an hour with support going through hoops - it's still not working. I upgraded my plan specifically to be able to get these updates, and im seeing now that it was a total waste of money as I haven't been able to use it for almost 2 months.

Adding to the frustrations of this still not working after this much time. Posts get made, tickets get opened, posts say resolved, more time spent with support for more tickets, multiple weeks waiting without the functionality, and we pay for a service that is incomplete for 2 months so far.
I also have a ticket opened but hear nothing back on it.0 -

I can see the Community Alert was marked resolved and archived (which usually happens when Support does not receive contacts about an issue for an extended period), but the CTP for the issue is still open and our teams are still working on the issue.

I agree with the other posters that this is getting ridiculous. I think I was one of the first people to report it. We pay for this service when once upon a time it was included in the purchase price but this one step update functionality as of late has had issues. But this is the longest outage I’ve experienced with a single financial institution.

This is getting frustrating. When you pay a subscription fee for downloading, you expect there to be better support or customers should get credited for the downtime.

Any updates? Creeping up on 4 months for a service I'm paying for that is not working. I am now getting error FDP-102 instead of the original FDP-192. Haven't seen any updates to this thread, so I'm assuming there is still not a fix, but now another/different error.

Any updates on this Computershare issue? Nothing in the latest Quicken email digest. As someone previously posted the error changed from FDP-192 to FDP-102. It will be coming up on four months of not being able to connect account. Quicken has no issue updating us on a price increase but cannot commit to a resolution timeline for this problem. Perhaps a discount should be extended instead of a price increase? Very disappointed.

The previously open Community Alert for FDP-192 has recently been marked resolved. However, since you are now encountering a different error—FDP-102—we recommend reviewing and following the guidance in this support article.
In summary, FDP-102 typically occurs when:
- The selected bank is temporarily unavailable, or
- Sign-in credentials have changed at the financial institution and are not carried over to Quicken.
Here are some suggested steps from the article:
- Wait and try again the following day – the bank may be temporarily unavailable.
- Log in to your bank’s website – confirm your credentials work and review the transactions for the accounts you’re trying to add.
- Check for alternative bank names in Quicken – some accounts may appear under a slightly different institution name. Use the “No, maybe I chose the wrong bank name” option if needed.
- Avoid special characters in your password – characters such as &, <, >, \, and / can prevent accounts from activating in Quicken Connect. If your password contains these, update it with your bank to remove them.

There is still some sort of disconnect here. Sure, the FDP-192 is not showng anymore, but is now FDP-102. This error has been showing for at least 2-3 weeks.
I tried connecting in Quicken, using all listed Computershare options in Quicken — all failed with the same error.
I tested login on website and all is working there as expected.
The issue is with Quicken's communication with Computershare.

I am sorry @Quicken Anja but this issue remains unresolved. You sent an update in the October timeframe (attached) that the FDP-192 issue was resolved but that information was not accurate. If you look back in this thread, in November @Quicken Kristina confirmed that FDP-192 remained an issue. Sometime over the last month the error changed from FDP-192 to FDP-102. (and for your information, I have tried your recommendations multiple times.) As @gorilla_js states, the issue remains a communication problem between Quicken and Computershare. My personal opinion of the issue started when Computershare added an hCaptcha to their login script (also attached); but what do I know. What can you do to facilitate getting this issue addressed?

An update, I tried my usual connection again and received an FDP-101 error now. So I went back an looked at the Computershare connection options again, and tried the last one on the list "Computershare Shareowner Services" and IT WORKED!!! So perhaps the issue is resolved now!

@LVR61 - thanks for your post. I believe "Computershare Shareowner Services" is new, as I recall the last several in that list previously were all Canadian sites. I tried the one you mentioned after attempting the top listed Computershare (which I also got the FDP-101) and I was able to connect as well. Fingers crossed this stays up for a bit!
