Is it Fixed? (No Transactions for Fidelity HSA Accounts (Ticket 11999090))

It looks like this got fixed because my Fidelity HSA account got updated with all the recent transactions today, 1/16/26. @Quicken Anja did it get fixed?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    We’ve received several reports from users that Fidelity HSA accounts do appear to be downloading transactions again as of today, which is a great sign.

    That said, I’ve reached out to our internal teams for confirmation before we officially mark the Alert as resolved. Once we receive confirmation, the Community Alert will be updated accordingly.

    It did indeed work for me for the first time on 1/16/2025 as well.

    @Quicken Anja Please make sure that the Alert is not simply marked "Resolved" now that transactions have started downloading again. It appears that transactions dating back to about 12/19/25 are being downloaded but transactions between about 10/3 and 12/19 are not being downloaded.

    Unless these missing transactions can be downloaded, users will have to enter them manually or accept Placeholders and cash balance adjustments to correct their holdings and cash balances.
