when will connection to Americas Credit Union be resolved

There is a closed thread pertaining to America's Credit Union access by Quicken that is NOT resolved. Upon trying to re-establish access of the account to Quicken, the login process completes successfully, but a 404 error is thrown stopping the process of quicken being able to access all accounts. After multiple contacts to the Credit Union, they repeatedly say their IT department says this error is with Quicken, that they have provided the information needed to Quicken, and resolution rests entirely with Quicken fixing their error. Could you please move forward with the simple change needed to resolve the bad link in your code?

Only ACU can instruct Q/Intuit to change the website info. You need to bug them to make it happen.

I suspect that the prior thread was closed because it had gone "stale". I.E., no activity in over 30 (or so) days.

You miss my point. I have contacted them multiple times, and they say they HAVE provided Quicken/Intuit with the link info. The ball is in Quicken's court. The thread went "stale" waiting on Quicken to act. This finger pointing is getting nowhere in resolving the problem.

I discovered another key fact. It appears the credit union started using EWC+ when connection problems started. If you attempt to "add an account" for this credit union, and select "advanced options", it displays ONLY Express Web Connect, and Web Connect. There is no option for "Express Web Connect +" for the credit union. I think this is at the root of the problem. Effectively, it accomplishes the initial connection and validation process of EWC, but never completes the process of EWC+ because Quicken isn't configured for the "+" option for the credit union. There are TWO Americas Credit Unions to select from on your financial institution page. The one with the problem is www.americascu.org

    Hello @srparks10,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To clarify, is the closed post you're referring to this one?

If it is and you're encountering the same issue as described in that discussion, the problem is happening on the financial institution's website, not in Quicken.

Have you tried temporarily setting a different default web browser, just in case it's a browser issue causing the error? If you use a VPN, pausing the VPN may also help.

    I hope this helps!

Yes- that's the past thread I saw and was told in my Quicken thread it had gotten closed because it became dormant. But the problem never got resolved that I see. I'm not using a VPN, pop-up blockers are disabled, I normally use Edge but tried Chrome as my default browser, etc. Same problem. The link it is attempting to go to when the 404 error is thrown is https://account.americascu.org/a/consumer/api/v0/oidc/auth

That link does not exist within the credit union domain.

    Thank you for your reply,

I can see that Quicken is configured for the Express Web Connect+ connection. If the redirect is going to an incorrect URL, and the financial institution wasn't able to help, then I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for further assistance, as they have access to tools that we can't access on the Community and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here. Phone support is available from 5:00 am PT to 5:00 pm PT, Monday through Friday.

I apologize that I could not be of more assistance!
