    I have the same problem. Vancity updated its online platform about 3 weeks ago and I haven't been able to download transactions since. Repeated time out errors. Vancity changed the URL to log into online banking, so assume Quicken is still directed to old web address.

    I have been trying to sync my Vancity account for weeks but unable to since they updated their website. When will this be fixed at Quicken's end?

    Kristina, I've been contacted by a Customer Supportability Analyst from Quicken asking me to share an HAR file with Quicken. It's described as a text file that records all interactions between my web browser and Vancity's website, and will apparently assist quicken in resolving the connection issue with Vancity. Can you confirm that this is a legitimate request? Thank you.
