How to cancel a reported problem?
What is the best online way to cancel problem submitted via Quicken Help in the program?
There is no identifying ticket number.

Hello @leishirsute,
Thanks for reaching out!
Once a problem report is submitted through Help > Report a problem in Quicken, there isn’t a way to cancel or retract that submission.
If the report was intended to support a specific ticket, and you happen to know the ticket number (for example, a CTP number), I can attach the submitted files to that ticket on our end.
I also checked using the email address associated with your Community account, and don’t see a problem report submission on file. Was the report submitted under a different Quicken ID/email address?
Thank you!

I would say there's really no need to cancel.
As I understand it, reports of problems submitted in the way you described aren't really addressed as a problem that needs to be fixed for you personally, but instead is a way of aggregating problems in such a way that if a particular problem stands out - lots of people are reporting the same problem with the program - then the problem is identified as "real" and "widespread", one that's affecting quite a few people, (however that's defined), and the programmers will start looking for a fix.
