The issue was re-opened recently, because customers report it's still happening. If you would like me to add you to the ticket, please provide the following information:

1. Is this happening only with paycheck reminders?
   1. If not, what other reminders are affected?
2. Please navigate to Help>Report a Problem and send a problem report with log files, a sanitized copy of the file in which the issue is happening, and a screenshot of the reminder total amount attached.
   1. Problem reports allow a maximum of 10 attachments. You can unselect any log files with OLD in the filename to make room, if needed, or send a 2nd problem report with the additional information.

Please let me know when you send the problem report, if you do.
