Has anyone ever gotten a resolution to the Chevron-Synchrony update issue?
I see that this has been an issue for over two years. This is not acceptable.

Thank you for reaching out! When I check our internal tools, I can see you are getting CC-503 errors when attempting to connect to various Synchrony connection options. We do currently have a Community Alert for that issue:
However, the alert has not been open for two years.
Are you trying to connect a Chevron card? If not, then what account(s) are you trying to connect?

I have two cards, both personal. One will connect and the other will not. I have checked password and login.

To resolve this issue
Wait one hour, then try adding the account again.
If the issue persists
If the issue still persists after waiting, please contact Quicken Support.
This error may require our support agents to review logs in order to identify the issue and fix the problem.
