Reports → Banking → Reconciliation Discrepancy Report
Is there a way that you can Identify missing reconciled transactions. I am trying to research this, and this is some suggestions that I found. Can something like this be added to Quicken
- Identify the missing reconciled transaction
In Quicken, go to:
Reports → Banking → Reconciliation Discrepancy Report
This report shows:
• Deleted reconciled transactions
• Changed amounts
• Changed dates
• Anything that would break a previously balanced month
If the report shows the missing item, simply re‑enter it exactly as it originally was.

How can you expect Q to report on something that ISN'T there?
Q doesn't keep a history of 'what was', so none of your other requests are possible either … without a complete re-design of the database to track changes.

I don't think it would take a complete re-design of the database. It would certainly be fairly complex feature to implement though. Quicken Mac has a reconcile system like this that records the history of the reconciles.

Yes, I was going to note that Quicken Mac's reconciliation history does show what was there — both reconciled transactions and uncleared transactions — as of each reconciliation being saved. Anything which has been subsequently saved is noted in red as changed or deleted.
