Securities are not reflecting accurate cost information when sold.
Three individual securities that were sold do not reflect the actual cost under investment amount, so gains or losses aren't reflected. I have Charles Schwab & Co. set up to download the transactions to my Quicken Classic account. But these securities were purchased before they took over my TDAmeritrade account which could be part of the problem. How can I correct this.?

How did you determine that the figures were inaccurate?
Have you previously sold any quantity of this security? If so, did you pick the same lots for sale as Schwab chose?
If you didn't instruct Schwab, at the time of sale, which lots to sell, they almost certainly chose FIFO. Did you?

In what way is the cost basis incorrect? Is there a value there that's wrong or is it just zero?
