Citi Transactions Dowloading to Wrong Accounts
I have multiple Citi credit cards. When I do my One-Step update transaction for Card 1111 get down loaded to both Card 1111 and Card 2222. In addition today transactions from a month ago that were already reconciled for Card 1111 were download to Card 2222. This requires me every day to delete the transactions downloaded to Card 2222. When I look at my Citi online account it only shows transactions in Card 1111 and I have not used Card 2222 in the past three months, since November 23, 2025.

- When did you first notice this issue?
- Are the accounts completely separate?
- If they are not completely separate, how are they related (for example, is one an authorized user account)?
