This issue is related to a service provider, Candescent, which is assisting a number of financial institutions with connection upgrades.
If you are experiencing this issue, we recommend contacting your financial institution directly and informing them that you are encountering problems with OFX Direct Connect so they can proceed with the appropriate escalation.

why do we have to contact the credit union? They are aware of the issue. Do we need to tell them the source of the problem? Shouldn’t Quicken be communicating with the affected financial institutions?

Received notice from Delta Community IT department today, this is the pertinent part of the message:
"Efforts to resolve this Direct Connect error are ongoing. The issue appears to be related to the connectivity between Delta Community and Quicken's servers.
Our back-end teams are engaging with Quicken to determine a resolution, but an ETA is still unavailable at the moment.
We understand this is frustrating, and we hope to have more information soon. Once we do, we will respond to this message with any updates."
Not good news but at lest we can feel they are working on it. I will post again when I hear more.

thank you. I’ve called them a handful of times with no update or ability speak to the DCCU Quicken folks. Where did you get this update? Appreciate you passing it on.

We understand how frustrating this issue can be.
This issue with Delta Community Credit Union (OL-297-A) is a known issue and is currently being actively investigated under ticket #12354620.
It has been ongoing and involves multiple parties—Quicken, the aggregation service provider, and the financial institution—which can add complexity and may impact resolution time.
I recommend monitoring the Community Alert, as it will be updated as new information becomes available:

Worked for me this morning as well. Quicken For Mac. Didn't have to disable downloads and re-enable them for the DCCU accounts.

Welp, Finally Fixed.. Maybe the CIO Read my email that I sent to him yesterday.. I even called DECU and they were clueless… They never once even had a banner on their website, no communication from DECU to it's Members, etc.. Worst Customer Service ever from the Credit Union.
