My Health equity no longer uses passwords but passkey. Quicken keeps asking for password to update. How do i sync?

This website only uses passkeys now. How do i connect?

    I cannot add HealthE

    quity either and consistently get a red CC-508 error "Wait Your financial institution has a request" There is a yellow instruction box "What you should know "

    I got this message from HealthEquity:

    I apologize for this inconvenience Anthony. Due to our recent security upgrade to passkey authentication, HealthEquity does not support connections with financial data aggregators.Note: These tools, (like Mint, Quicken, or Yodlee) collect financial information from various accounts and display it in one dashboard to help with budgeting, tracking spending, and financial planning. While convenient, they currently cannot access HealthEquity account data.Francis • 2m

    If this is true, then Health Equity should be contacting Intuit and canceling their contract with them. When that happens Health Equity will no longer be listed as an option in Add Account.

    Hi Carlos,

    Sorry for the delay. on 4/17/26 I spoke on the phone at length with the Quicken tech support person and let her know about this thread and shared my logs with her and uploaded them as she walked me through the steps. She issued a Quicken Case ID number.  I also opened a HealthEquity case ID number for their upper level tech support (Health Equity telephone number 1 (877) 857-6810) to help them to integrate efforts with your upper level tech support persons and hopefully work to restore the ability to reconnect again. Both case IDs should be listed under my case along with my logs. I am not sure that I should post either case ID number on an open forum for security reasons.
