One of 6 Fidelity accounts unable to update
R66.28 windows Classic. My oldest Fidelity account refuses to connect/update. I've deactivated all fidelity accounts and reactivated - all are ok except this one account (mutual fund only account). Quicken and Fidelity recognize the account, relink attempts go through the process, Quicken then says (2 of 6 link to existing account, rest including this one say) already in Quicken (but this one it calls cash reserves, not as I have it called Fidelity 2AY.. mutual only - but it DOES have cash reserves as a holding). Finish adding accounts, go back to Quicken - all Fidelity accounts are connected except this account. Second issue, this account has Fidelity Value fund holdings - and twice 4/3 and today 4/16 Quicken updates the unit price to $83.95 when it's really about $15 - so my account balance is 5-6 fold more than it should be. This may or may not be related to the inability to connect accounts.
Really need a fix for this - doesn't seem to be an issue with the fidelity in general problems.

Tell us more about that account. Is it held at Fidelity Investments, or Fidelity NetBenefits, or where?
In Q, and at Fidelity, what type of account is it?
re: the holding in that account, do TOOLS, Security List and tell us what's showing as the info for the fund?
Does it look like this?
Also, I don't currently hold that fund, but I have previously so it's in my Security List. I just downloaded quotes for it and didn't see any strange quotes around those dates … so it's not apparent that this is a Q issue.

its not the fund that's the issue (although the recent incorrect pricing is off putting, same price at $83 about a wekk apart, with correct pricing either side) its that I cannot get quicken and fidelity to work together (it got tagged as zzz-fidelity last year, and has been broken since then - deactivate and reactivate has failed even though fidelity says its been relinked) its the fidelity account in quicken. Its a fidelity investments Brokerage account, with complete positions and transactions - but it only holds two funds, Value and cash as FDVXX). but its an old type of account that can ONLY hold mutual funds. I'm wondering if that's a Fidelity issue that I should take up with them.
Right now it is unlinked - online says setup now, which I've done multiple times, everything looks Ok Q goes to Fidelity, I check the account to link at Fidelity they say done go back to Q, I do - I was incorrect -here - it shows an account - but calls it cash reserves (the name for the cash holding in that account) - has correct balance, but says it is already linked in Q. No options to do anything here. Click next, exits to account, check account properties, account not linked, still says set up now. SO THAT definitely seems to be a Quicken issue.

Fixed - issue was an old partially hidden (in Quicken) Fidelity cash account was still linked; needed to deactivate AND close that account so that quicken and fidelity could link the correct accounts together. Chat with fidelity opened test quicken file and import - the account in question imported correctly. Then chat with Quicken, rep identifies old account as the issue. hopefully there's no more issues.
