One Step Update now goes to One Step Update Settings instead of automatically syncing
Has anyone seen this issue before? My local credit union recently changed back-end systems, so I had to contact Quicken to get it resolved. Since then, after clicking on One Step Update and then Update Now, it opens the One Step Update Settings page. Clicking on Update Now works, but it's an extra step/new behavior. If I deactivate online services for this credit union, it goes back to the normal workflow of automatically syncing when you click on Update Now. Quicken Support told me that this is normal, but they were also wrong on a lot of things when I was chatting with them, so it's hard for me to trust that response.

Yes! I have had this problem for a couple years now. When I click the One Step Update button, it takes me to the One Step Update Settings screen. And then I have to click Update Now.
I don't know what's causing it. Would sure love for it to work right.

Hi @NTPanaccio & @Procopio,
Thank you for sharing your experience. I understand how inconvenient it can be to encounter this extra step when updating your accounts.
As noted, this behavior began some time ago, and currently, Quicken does not provide an option to bypass the One Step Update settings dialog.
