Case # 12258447 was opened in January due to FDP-106 Errors. I have not been able to log in and update this account for months. I just checked and the thread has been closed but I still can not login and update. Does anyone know what is going on with this FI?

2FA has been implemented. I was updating with 2FA before the FDP-106 error started.

I have detached and reattached the account. Folloed all the instructions. Due to that I am currently logged out of the FI.

Will this ever be resolved?

    Thanks for following up on this.

    I checked internally regarding your escalation (Case #12258447). The last update shows that you were contacted on 2/26/26 and advised that there was no ETA for resolution at that time, and there haven’t been any additional updates from the escalation team since then.

    We also see that you’re now encountering an internal FDP-185 error in addition to the FDP-106 you originally reported. Given that change, we recommend reaching out to Quicken Support directly so they can review the current behavior in real time and reference your existing case for further investigation.
