    Thank you for reporting the errors you are seeing.

    I split your comment from the other thread because you are reporting a different error.

    After reviewing your connections internally, I do not see any errors on our end. I have some follow-up questions for you:

    • I only see you connecting to Fidelity through the "Fidelity Investments" instance in Quicken. Is this the instance you are seeing an error when connecting to?
    • Do you have other Fidelity accounts that are updating normally?
    • Would you be willing to share a screenshot of the error you are seeing?
      • If needed, please refer to this Community FAQ for instructions on how to attach a screenshot. Alternatively, you can also drag and drop screenshots to your response if you are not given the option to add attachments.
