    A slightly more positive report from Golden 1 regarding my most recent query:

    "Thank you for reaching out to us regarding Quicken. Your frustration is very much understood, and we apologize for this matter being ongoing. I am happy to assist you. Currently, connection issues with Quicken is a known issue and Web Connect is the supported option currently. We are suggesting members manually download and upload transactions. Our back-office team is working diligently to provide the best solution to resolve this matter and as we continue to make updates to make the experience more reliable, we are anticipating having Express Web Connect available sometime in May. We know waiting isn't ideal, and we truly appreciate your patience and understanding while these improvements are finalized…"
