Vanguard Download Issue - Two Entries Per Transaction (Revisited Now Working)

I hope all those who were experiencing this issue now see it is working again. One entry as before. The original thread was closed so posting this. I don't know how it was resolved, whether Vanguard or Quicken but if someone contacted one of the two, THANKS!
