I've been having trouble downloading transactions from SchoolsFirst FCU since around 4/19/26. The credit union has recently undergone a renovation of their website. After a day or so I tried to completely disconnect and reconnect checking and savings, but the same error pops up when trying to add the account.

    In summary, FDP-102 typically occurs when:

    • The selected bank is temporarily unavailable, or
    • Sign-in credentials have changed at the financial institution and are not carried over to Quicken.

    Here are some suggested steps from the article:

    1. Wait and try again the following day – the bank may be temporarily unavailable.
    2. Log in to your bank’s website – confirm your credentials work and review the transactions for the accounts you’re trying to add.
    3. Check for alternative bank names in Quicken – some accounts may appear under a slightly different institution name. Use the “No, maybe I chose the wrong bank name” option if needed.
    4. Avoid special characters in your password – characters such as &, <, >, \, and / can prevent accounts from activating in Quicken Connect. If your password contains these, update it with your bank to remove them.

    This has been going on since last Friday when SchoolsFirst FCU started to update their web site. It was suppose to be completed yesterday according to their website as well.

    We will go ahead and forward this issue internally to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.

    It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.

    While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.

    @Quicken Anja Thank you Anja, in the unlikely event that it is only a simple URL change for your connection script, I noticed that the login page is now: "https://online.schoolsfirstfcu.org/member-login/login" Prior to that, I don't recall it beginning with "online".

    In any event, SchoolsFirst FCU updated the information to state that online banking is currently unavailable.

    Since SchoolsFirst Federal Credit Union recently updated their website and is currently reporting that online banking is unavailable, that very likely could be contributing to the FDP-102 errors you’re seeing. When the financial institution’s servers or login endpoints are undergoing changes or downtime, Quicken is also unable to establish a successful connection.

    We appreciate you also pointing out the updated login URL—details like that can be helpful as our teams continue investigating.

    Thanks @Quicken Anja but I think the outage was more of a coincidence to our problem. Online banking is indeed available now which I logged in to verify.
    Quicken’s connection issues began before they announced the outage, and now with the outage over, the FDP-102 errors still remain. I’m just letting you know to eliminate that variable.

    Trying to connect to Schools First account results in an error and this Care Code: FDP-102. Version 8.5.2 (Build 805.60133.100), Mac OS 26.3.1.

    Connection problems like this are a recurring issue with Quicken, and are quite frustrating as it renders the platform useless. It makes me question what I am paying for.

    I am also getting the FDP-102 error. I have submitted a Problem Report as requested. Since this is our primary banking institution, I'm hoping this gets resolved quickly.

    It's now May 2nd, and I'm having the same issue with Schools First FCU and have twice reported it to Quicken with no response.

    I've submitted the issue for the 3rd time since April 22nd with the logs. A response from the Quicken team would be greatly appreciated, not feel AI or generated from a prepared script.

We also appreciate those who have already submitted logs and “Report a Problem” submissions—those reports are actively being used by the team to investigate and track the issue.

    As previously noted in the Community Alert for this issue, this has been escalated internally, and the team is still working toward a resolution. At this time, there is no ETA available. We recommend continuing to monitor the alert for any new updates as they become available.

    Also, a quick clarification that may help set expectations: submissions sent through Help > Report a Problem do not generate a direct response. This is stated at the top of the submission form itself.

    Those reports are sent directly to the internal systems used for investigation, but they are not monitored for individual replies or support-style follow-ups.

    Like others have said, this is a long time now to be dealing with this issue. I understand downtime of hours, or even a day or two, but we're beyond a week now with the inability to connect our financials and manage them. At this point, honestly, my thoughts are wanting to know whether I need to start shopping for a new financial software program to replace Quicken, or a new bank to replaces Schools First.

    not a bit happy about this! I have been using Quicken for Mac since late 1980s. Quicken used to be very dependable, I guess it is no longer any good
