Budget YTD or Entire Year - Suggest Budget through prior month

If you review your budget on the last day of the month, the Budget YTD works great. I cannot always review my budget on the last day of the month. So, I would like to add another item to the drop down. Budget Prior Month in addition to Budget YTD and Entire Budget. This way I can review my budget several days after month end and It will not have added this month's budget totals for the budget review.
