Bank of America and reauthorization
When I attempt to update my Bank of America accounts, I get a screen telling me that I need to reauthorize. I follow through with reauthorizing, but when I attempt to update again, I get the same screen requesting that I reauthorize. I've done this 4-times with no success.

There is an Alert posted about connection issues with BofA. Perhaps this is applies to your situation?:

I had this same problem. This is what I did to fix it…
I logged on to Bank of America, went to Security Center, Overview, and scrolled down to Data Sharing. Within Data Sharing I revoked Quicken. I then logged off of Bank of America and returned to Quicken.
Within Quicken I did a one-step update with my Bank of America account and followed the instructions to reauthorize. During the reauthorization process, when Bank of America presents you with a list of accounts, only select the accounts that are open and for which you are the primary account holder.
The reauthorization process was failing when I selected all accounts, including closed accounts and my child's account. I am not the primary account holder for my child's account. I am not sure if the closed accounts were causing the problem or my child's account. I saw in a different discussion that you have to be the primary account holder.

Thank you for sharing the steps that worked for you, @Clark Perry !
I’m glad to hear you were able to get the reauthorization working again. We appreciate you taking the time to post the details of what resolved the issue in your case, as that information could help other users experiencing the same behavior with Bank of America accounts.
Thanks again!

I went through the BOA reauth steps and got a HTTP 400 error after pushing send. BOA already confirmed that I had revoked the old and started the new Auth, but Quicken still sends me to the loop that ends with the 400 error.
