Amex Canada. Impossible to set up transactions

How do you manage to sync AMEX transactions on Quicken Canada.?

Thank you for providing the screenshots of the error message being received, although I apologize for the delay in receiving a follow-up response.
The error message above from American Express is confirming that download of International American Express Cards is not supported.
Unfortunately if downloads are not supported by a Financial Institution, we are unable to add the account for automatic downloads and recommend manually entering the transactions to track the account in Quicken.

Sorry, to hear that you are unable to sync your American Express account to Quicken.
What happens when you try to connect? Do you get an error message?
Have you ever been able to connect Amex?
