We are getting a new computer and I want to install Quicken on it. With the subscription plan, will I continue to pay the monthly fee?

Hello @cafjcf
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community with your question.
I took the liberty of reviewing your Quicken account and would appear that you had purchased a subscription and then received a refund.
At this time, you do not have an active subscription.
This information can be located by signing into https://www.quicken.com/
If you open Quicken you would also receive a message the subscription is currently inactive.
Hope this helps!

First, there is not a monthly fee for Quicken Subscription. It's a yearly fee (or 2 years).
Second, if you have a valid subscription, you can download/install Quicken on the new computer.

The general method is that you take a back--up (to a USB drive, or such) on the old computer, install Q on the new computer and then RESTORE from that backup to the new computer. If you'd tell us the BUILD of Q that you have, we can advise of any "watch-outs" in that general method. You can find your BUILD at HELP, About Quicken.
