We are getting a new computer and I want to install Quicken on it. With the subscription plan, will I continue to pay the monthly fee?

First, there is not a monthly fee for Quicken Subscription. It's a yearly fee (or 2 years).

Second, if you have a valid subscription, you can download/install Quicken on the new computer.

Sounds like you are paying a monthly fee now, if so, what is it for?
    Quicken BillPay?
Fee to the financial institution for Direct Connect download access?
    Please provide more information?

As stated by Greg, Quicken, it self is an annual (or bi-annual) cost, not monthly.

The general method is that you take a back--up (to a USB drive, or such) on the old computer, install Q on the new computer and then RESTORE from that backup to the new computer.
If you'd tell us the BUILD of Q that you have, we can advise of any "watch-outs" in that general method.
You can find your BUILD at HELP, About Quicken.
