Getting a Http-403 error when trying to download

Hi!
I am using Quicken 2019 (version 4.8.4)
Macbook Pro late 2011, OS High Sierra 10.13.6

I am getting a HTTP-403 Error from Fidelity when trying to download transactions.
All other accounts are functional.
Can you advise?
I can go to the Fidelity site and log in, no problems.

    I just realized, there are only two options for downloading directly, when I go to the Fidelity Netbenefits site: QIF and CSV, not QFX, which works. Does this matter for the log in?
