Hi!
I am using Quicken 2019 (version 4.8.4)
Macbook Pro late 2011, OS High Sierra 10.13.6
I am getting a HTTP-403 Error from Fidelity when trying to download transactions.
All other accounts are functional.
Can you advise?
I can go to the Fidelity site and log in, no problems.
Thanks,
Roy

Hello @vongtama
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community to post your issue, although I apologize that you haven't received a response.
Are you still experiencing the HTTP 403 error when attempting to download from Fidelity?
To answer your second question, only a QFX file can be used to import transactions into Quicken, however the ability to import a QFX file from Fidelity is unavailable for the Mac platform.
The file type provided at the bank's website wouldn't interfere with the ability to download via Direct Connect or cause the HTTP 403 error.
I hope this helps!

I just realized, there are only two options for downloading directly, when I go to the Fidelity Netbenefits site: QIF and CSV, not QFX, which works. Does this matter for the log in?0

Hello @nothingclever,
Thank you for taking the time to visit the Community, however, since this is an older post that was originally created back in January of 2020, it is less likely to receive an answer now.
I would suggest creating a new post for better visibility and to potentially receive responses from other users who may currently be experiencing the same problem. Doing so will also assist us with better tracking ability in the event that this issue may result in an escalation being required.
Please be sure to include a description of the issue, any error messages or codes (if applicable) as well as the version of Quicken you have currently running (Quicken > About Quicken). The more information you are able to provide will help the Community to better understand and assist.
Thank you!
