This didn't seem to affect Quicken; been operating fine. I now have a new PC with W10 and need to install Q. I read where I would need to use Q2013 to do this, but instructions say use only for viewing, do not add entries. Is this only if I further convert to a new Quicken? If I use the Q2013, could I continue to add new data? Any help appreciated; THANKS
You do not need to follow the steps in this article. An intermediate version of Quicken is not necessary. Simply install your new version of Quicken and open your data file.
Just be aware that Premium support is the SAME support as everyone else; it is nothing more than front-of-the-line access. In other words, you get priority access to support...not special support.thecreator said:...If you are a Computer Dummy as you put it, you should upgrade to Quicken Premier Subscription over the Deluxe version, because if you lack patience and don't want to be put on hold waiting for help, Premier comes with Premium Support for free.
