My bank only downloaded transactions from April 12th on, but I would like to include all 2020 dates (January 1st on). What is the best way to do this?

Thank you for providing that.
Looks like ATB does in fact support Web Connect (.qfx).
The easiest way I recommend going about this is to delete the account entirely (only if it is a new account that was added with no prior history, which it sounds like it is), and re-adding it with the .qfx file that you will download and import.
You can also simply import and add to the existing account if you don't want to delete it, just be aware that it may or may not import the transactions while still keeping the correct balance (I've seen it go both ways). If you would prefer to do it without deleting and re-adding though, just let me know and I can provide alternate steps on how to do so instead.
To delete the account follow the steps below.- Select the account so it's highlighted in your account list on the left
- Go to the Accounts tab at the top of your Mac screen
- Delete Account...
- Delete
Once downloaded, you'll go back to Quicken and follow the steps below.- Go to File
- Import
- Bank or Brokerage File (OFX, QFX)...
- Select the file previously downloaded from your bank's website (usually located in your downloads folder)
- Click Open
- Continue
- Go to Settings on the bottom-right
- Click on Troubleshooting
- Deactivate downloads
- Go back to Settings
- Setup transaction downloads
- Search for your bank and login in using your bank credentials
- Follow the prompts until the account is successfully reconnected

Hello @MonicaCM,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
If your bank supports Web Connect (.qfx) you would be able to download the transactions from their website and import them to Quicken.
If you want, I can check if they support it for you and will happily provide instructions on how to do so. I would just need to know the name of the bank, please.
Thank you,

The bank is ATB (Treasury Branch)0

Hello @MonicaCM
Thank you for providing the name of the financial institution.
There are few ATB instances in the Quicken for Mac Bank list
The "ATB Financial" option does support web connect as shown below.
There are also ATB Financial Online Bussines that supports web connect as well.
However, I did not locate an ATB Treasury branch option:
A test that you can perform is to check the website to the right of a bank and see if it either matches what you use to view this account or see if you are able to sign in with your banking credentials at the listed website.
To view the available connection types, select "Options" this will show what is available.
I hope this helps!
