Quicken Mac 10.15.5 Budget show "Everything Else"?

Using Quicken Mac 10.15.5
In Quicken Windows, everything that isn't budgeted for the month goes into the "Everything Else" area.
In Quicken Mac, this doesn't seem to be an option. Either I budget for every single category/subcategory, or those discretionary expenditures don't get counted in the budget.
Am I missing something? Any recommendations on how to see those items? Or do I really have to add the categories for all those?

Hello @PhoenixRising,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community with your question.
Unfortunately, no, this is currently only a Windows feature and is in fact non-existent in Quicken for Mac which would require you to add the categories in order to see them.
You can, however, create an idea post here on the Community to request that the feature be added to Quicken for Mac in the future. This will allow other users that have the same or similar request to vote on your idea.
I apologize that I, unfortunately, do not have better news to provide you with.-Quicken Anja

Interesting enough from what I have seen on here there are more complaints about Everything Else existing in the Windows version than the "lack of it". And in fact it only shows up in Graph View, not in the Annual View or the reports.
If you ask for this feature at least ask for it to be optional, unlike the one in Quicken Windows.Signature:
