Unable to complete purchase in Canada

:/ I'm trying to purchase Quicken for MAC. I'm based in Canada, but am unable to complete the purchase through the online form, it complains about my postal code. This is very frustrating.

When I try attempt to click to 'Continue to review order', the form clears out and 'reds' the 'zip code' and 'state / province' fields1

In that case it sounds like something that Quicken support will have to help with.

You posted that you are based in Canada, but are you living in Canada?
Are you trying to purchase Quicken for Mac, while you are in Canada and not across the border in the United States? Are you close to the United States?

I can't access the Quicken Canadian site from the United States.
Is this you first time buying Quicken for Mac, but you are buying actually Quicken Subscription product, which gives you the right to Download and use both from your Quicken Account.
Before buying Quicken and you have a Quicken User ID and Password, log in into your Quicken.com/Canada My Account site and make sure that your information is correct, before trying to buy Quicken.

Hi, I live and Canada, and the site seems to recognize me living in Canada. I reached out to support, they didn't seem to be aware of the issue, and started me down the same path you are suggesting. I tried setting up my account, with my Canadian address set up (this was successful). When I went to purchase the subscription, it pre-populated the form with my address correctly, but then failed again when I clicked complete purchase. I was attempting to pay via Paypal, I may try credit card to see if that makes a difference.0

Quick update - the 'Submit Order' is failing on the 'Zip Code' field, regardless of payment method. I attempted both A1A1A1 and A1A 1A1 formats for my postal code. The form does allow me to select 'Ontario' as my province.0

First off on the link I posted, thanks @thecreator, now that I tried myself it went to the wrong site for me too even though I was on the right site when I copied the URL. But I found if I copied the purchase URL that one is repeatable even from the US: https://www.quicken.com/canada/compare
@andrebastel Were you able to create a Quicken account, with the right address?

Sorry I didn't read your response completely, I see that you already answered the above questions.
If it is right there on that final submit there really isn't anything we as users can do.
Maybe one of the moderators can get someone from support that can handle such a problem. @Quicken Anja can you help?
Also adding this page to confirm that is where the problem is.

@Quicken Anja, I've replied directly. @Chris_QPW , thanks for the screen capture, that is exactly where the purchase is failing. When I complete 'Submit Order', it reverts the Billing Information to edit mode, and blanks out the ZIP code. Thanks!0

Out of Curiosity, when you tried to use PayPal to check out, clicking on PayPal, does Quicken take you to https://www.paypal.ca/ or to https://www.paypal.com/ to check out?

For the PayPal question, I don't know the domain, as I have 'auto login' setup on my MAC. It took me directly to the list of accounts screen I normally get and was able to select the account and proceed back to the Quicken page without issue.0

Was this issue resolved? I'm also unable to complete my order as we need to enter a zip code, the Canadian postal code is not recognized.

Nope, it wasn’t resolved. You can contact support and have take your credit card over the phone. I decided not to make the purchase, I have concerns over the quality of the product if they have an error in taking my money.2

I, too, live in Canada and cannot complete my purchase. I am trying to buy Quicken for MAC, I have tried using a laptop, iPad and phone to make the purchase, and every time the Postal Code box switches to Zip Code, the purchase doesn't go through. I have also tried two different credit cards. As Andrebastel writes, he decided not to purchase because of the concerns over the product's quality - I couldn't agree more. Quicken used to be a dependable product; sadly, this isn't so anymore.1

Add me to the ever growing list of dissatisfied Canadian customers. Shocking they can't be bothered to fix a simple Postal Code issue that allows customers to BUY or renew the product.1

Hello @Quicken_Tyka, this issue was raised with quicken anja who took it away. Her feedback was I shouldn’t expect a fix anytime soon. This is unfortunate for Quicken, as they are probably forgoing Canadian sales due to this issue.0

I read all these comments but was able to buy the Canadian version yesterday.. Got hung up a couple of times but did process and allow me to download and run. When I input the address it automatically filled in the postal code.1
