I'm trying to purchase Quicken for MAC. I'm based in Canada, but am unable to complete the purchase through the online form, it complains about my postal code. This is very frustrating.
Hi, I live and Canada, and the site seems to recognize me living in Canada. I reached out to support, they didn't seem to be aware of the issue, and started me down the same path you are suggesting. I tried setting up my account, with my Canadian address set up (this was successful). When I went to purchase the subscription, it pre-populated the form with my address correctly, but then failed again when I clicked complete purchase. I was attempting to pay via Paypal, I may try credit card to see if that makes a difference.
