401k Downloaded Transactions and Paycheck Transfers

I download transactions from my 401k. I also use the paycheck option in the Tax Planner. The Paycheck will transfer my (and employers) contributions into the 401k account.

Can I not match my contribution to the downloaded transaction? The option (on red pencil) is not available. The paycheck needs a category for the 401k transfer. Am I just doing the attempt to match incorrectly?

TDLR; I want to match my paycheck 401k transfers to my downloaded 401k transactions.

Yes it looks like you found the correct thread for this problem if in fact you find that the financial institution is downloading BoughtX in where the "transfer account" is in fact the 401K account you are in.

Yes it looks like you found the correct thread for this problem if in fact you find that the financial institution is downloading BoughtX in where the "transfer account" is in fact the 401K account you are in.

I cannot follow this link, I get a permission problem error.
