There is also two interfaces when is the standard web interface and then there's some mobile web interface.
The new mobile web interface is a little cleaner. They haven't really changed any of the functionality just the interface.
The mobile interface doesn't have as many controls like being able to mark all the threads has read at the same time.
Haven't checked out the full standard web interface yet since I'm not at home since this changed.Signature:

I'm now on my home computer and I notice a control that I always use is gone. There was a control to mark account the thread as read. It wasn't on the mobile version, but it was on the standard web site.
It one of my main workflows. Read through all that I'm interested in, and then mark the rest "read", and then when I come back and can quickly tell the ones that are new.
Has anyone found a way to do this on the new software?

Ah Ha! On my desktop the ones I've read are now dim/grey and ones that I haven't read or have a new post on them are BOLD and it says "1 new" in blue in a box. Just have to get used to the changes.
I'm staying on Quicken 2013 Premier for Windows.

I don't read every thread. It was nice to read through the ones I was concerned about and then mark all read.
That eliminated a lot of reading the headers again to see if there was anything new to look at when I came in again.Signature:

I notice that on the announcements there is a ... and if you click that you get a "Dismiss". Clicking that makes the announcement not appear when you refresh the window, which is nice. I don't have to scroll over the announcements every time come in.
But is isn't on the normal topics/threads. I wonder if it could be added?Signature:

I just noticed they also dropped the ability to look at your "comments".
It is something I would use to find a thread that I had commented on and wanted to reference it.
Now that is gone.Signature:

My Discussions is just ones you have started.
Try clicking the magnifying glass at the left of the search bar to open the Advanced search.
Then enter your name in the Author box at the right and click on Filter, leaving everything else blank, or narrowing the search if you want.QWin Premier subscription0 -

I apologize for any confusion, but the option to view your comments and your discussions is still available from your Profile. It's just been moved to the right side of the view.
Hope this helps,

Jim is right on both counts and I know I can use the search, but it was easier when there was a link/page dedicated to it. I guess I will just end up creating a shortcut to the search configured to show the newest comments by me.Signature:

@Jim_Harman
I took the liberty of reviewing and I see the Comments option when viewing your profile
Do you mind testing this again for me, by please clicking on your icon at the top right, click on your profile picture in the menu that opens which will open your profile page.
You should then see the comments on the right, above the badges.

Fast way. Click your profile icon in the upper right, now click the one in the menu that pops down (the one showing in your screenshot).Signature:

Yeah what do you mean not intuitive, it only took a moderator's post and three tries to find it.Signature:

At least they could change the mouse-over prompt for the profile picture to View Detailed Profile or something rather than just your name.QWin Premier subscription1

Oh geez, with all these changes, why does it feel to my avatar, as if the water is getting deeper with every turn of the road?

Why not add a "My Comments" selection right here, in the Quick Links selection at the bottom of every discussion?"My Discussions" is there, "My Comments" could and should be right there, too. No need to hunt and peck in the profile ...Just need to scroll down a little ...4
-
Interesting - I don't get the Quick Links menu at the bottom unless I make the browser window narrow. With a wide window, the menu moves to the right at the very top of the page - not very useful when viewing a long discussion.
The same thing happens when viewing recent discussions - wide window puts the Quick Links at the top right (where I want it when viewing the discussion topics), narrow moves it to the bottom where the oldest discussions are (not very useful)
Maybe that is why they put the Quick Links at the right - so the part you are reading won't jump around if you change the window width.QWin Premier subscription0 -
On the plus side the Ask a Question is now on all pages and easy to find.Signature:

Doesn't this site layout remind anyone of the old Intuit QLC forum?
