Anyone else having errors with updating an Acura Financial account?

Whenever I update my Acura Financial account, I get a popup to log into UMB Bank. If I cancel, I still get the Acura Financial account updated but it's annoying and I have to manually cancel that request for UMB Bank credentials every time I update the Acura account. Anyone else?

    Thank you for reaching out to the Community to tell us about your issue, though I apologize that you are experiencing this.

    If you haven't already, I suggest you try to Validate your data file by following the steps below. However, I do recommend that you also save a backup of your data file first before trying these steps (just in case).
    1. Navigate to the File menu
    2. Select File Operations
    3. Validate and Repair...
    4. Select Validate file
    5. Click OK
    6. Close the Data Log
    7. Close Quicken (leave it closed for at least 5 secs)
    8. Reopen Quicken and see if the issue persists.
    You can also try to Super validate by holding down the Ctrl + Shift keys on your keyboard while selecting Validate and Repair... (step 3) which will give you the option to Super validate file instead of Validate file.

    I tried this suggestion when I was on the phone with customer support along with a lot of other things he had me try. Nothing he could think of doing would fix the issue so he supposedly opened a case. I did that as well based on his instructions. However, there has been no follow-up from Quicken so I am still experiencing the problem. Reference ticket 8485888.

    How, exactly, are you doing that? Are you talking about accessing the Acura website from your browser? Or are you talking about One Step Update or Update Now from within Quicken, to download transactions?
