I would have to see a few more screen shots to see if I can detect the problem, but I don't have access to your computer. If you're willing to show this problem to Quicken Support, they can view what's going on and help you.However, before I ask you to contact Quicken Support for this issue, please do some "Troubleshooting 101" to ensure the Quicken software is installed and updated properly and that your data file is in good working order.
Please perform all the steps in this document in the order specified:
Troubleshooting 101 - Fixing Software Installation and Data File ProblemsIf that doesn't resolve the issue, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review the situation on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.

Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue, sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?

Here are the screenshots. The category "(03) Savings" is numbered to be in a specific order. The top one is in the right spot, but there is a duplicate that I can't seem to get to go away. I can make them both go away, but I want the bottom one to go away and the top one to stay.0
