Why did some of my payees disappear?

What version, edition level (Starter, Deluxe, etc.) and release of Quicken are you using? US, Canadian or other country version?

What version of Windows or Mac OS are you using?> "manually entered payees disappeared."Please explain. Did the entire transaction disappear, including the amount and your register is now off balance? Or was the Payee Name in your transaction replaced by "N/A"? Or is the register simply no longer sorted by Date? Something else?
Can you please capture one or more images of the parts of your Quicken window showing the issue (e.g., register view including column headers), sensitive information blacked out as necessary to protect your privacy but annotated to describe the situation, and attach the image(s) here?
Please save images to files of file type PNG, JPG, or GIF only. They're easier to work with than PDF files.

Like I said in the first message, the payees have disappeared, nothing else. From Nov of last year, thru Feb, and not all, just a few hear and there.0
Now my register is off by $843, and it goes back years. What do I do. All the totals are still there, but some of the payees are gone. Going to Mint pretty damn quick!0

At this time I would recommend contacting support directly for advanced troubleshooting steps.
Quicken Care has the tools to initiate a screen share to view the issue in real-time to help locate the discrepancy.
