If you haven't already, please review this error-specific support article regarding error CC-502.
As stated in the article, if the error persists after 24 hours or more, then you will need to contact Quicken Support directly for further. Our support agents will need to collect and review your log files to find the internal error and file for an escalation.

Quicken's FAQ regarding this error code is hereThe code indicates that the connection between Quicken and the lender/servicer is "Express Web Connect (EWC)." Although the financial institution allowing EWC is supposed to tell Quicken if they change anything on their end, sometimes they don't. Hence the need to sometimes contact Quicken Support so that Quicken can alter things on their end to accommodate the change.0
