Unable to Upgrade Subscription

    I want to see tax-related reports, and it says I need premier to do this, but I can't upgrade -- I get a red slash. I renewed my annual subscription at the end of March (over 30 days ago) so I can't understand why it would block me. Any suggestions?

    Being that the issue you are experiencing can have multiple causes- It may be best for you to contact Quicken Support directly instead. Our support agents have the ability to screen share with you (if you feel comfortable doing so) and will be better equipped to help you accomplish what you need.

    Additionally, our phone support agents will also be able to upgrade your subscription over the phone for you.
