TJX account reporting locked but it is not

Trying to update my TJX biller but Quicken Online says that the account is locked and i should try to login in to the account. Well i did try and was successful the first try without any problems. What's up?

First, could you please provide which version of Quicken you have currently running?
- Help > About Quicken
To start with, I suggest Validating Online billers. However, I do recommend that you save a backup of your data file first (just in case). After that, please navigate to the Bills & Income tab and click on the gear icon on the top-right. Then, click on Validate Online billers in the dropdown menu.

still getting the locked message after the doing as you suggested. Why?0
Thank you for the response and the additional details. I have reviewed the online biller profile and reported this issue. Please allow 48 before attempting to update once more.
Please let me know if after 48 hours you are able to successfully sync or if you receive any error code.
The online biller still will not let me pay the bill stating that the account is locked. the account updates with new tranactions when requested.0
Thanks for the update and letting us know you're still having issues. With the issue persisting I would recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for the best assistance. They'll try additional troubleshooting steps to try figuring out why we're receiving the locked biller message each time.
