CC-601 Error for all NBT user names and accounts

this has been happening since last wednesday 5/18/21. anyone know what is goign on or when intuit will fix? my FI says its a known issue with intuit

this does not help at all. there are multiple financial institutions being affected. this is a Quicken intuit bug. needs to be fixed ASAP0

If you haven't done so already, I'd say it's time to call Quicken Support on the phone and request help. Let them do a screen share session with you to review a download log file on your computer, to determine the nature of the problem and to figure out how to fix it.
