Credit union not syncing with mobile

every time I try, I get the error that I can't do this now....to de-select, and try again later. Well its later and it still does not connect. Help

    First, could you please provide which desktop version release of Quicken you have currently running?

    • Windows: Help > About Quicken
    • Mac: Quicken > About Quicken

    Also, aside from the error message, does there happen to be any specific error code(s) associated with it that you could provide us with here, please?

    Hey Anja - thanks for getting back to me.

    here is a snapshot of the about Quicken

    it is giving a CC-501.
    I have also attached a snapshot of the error I am getting
